HUGE two storey LAKESIDE VILLA with SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and BALCONY with LAKE VIEWS only 10 MINUTES from DISNEY. GAMES ROOM has 42" PLASMA SCREEN TV, CABLE, DVD PLAYER, XBOX 360, 8FT POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, FOOSBALL, GIANT CONNECT 4 and SCOOTERS. Our home offers 2550sq ft of 1st class living accommodation with a host of extras to ensure a luxury stay for all age groups. Fully air conditioned and additional ceiling fans throughout and furnished to a high standard with continual upgrades for both the comfort of ourselves and that of our guests.

Master Bedroom has SOUTH FACING BALCONY WITH LAKE VIEWS, imposing 6FT bed, TV, digital cable, DVD player, Hi Fi system, luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, his 'n hers closets and wash hand basins. Shrek themed bedroom for children and cot, highchair, stroller, bowls, bibs and a selection of children's plates and bowls are provided. Cots, highchair, stroller provided free of charge for infants.
The house boasts an oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and screened deck with overlooking a lake. The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and there is a large covered lanai with ceiling fan, providing shade from the all day Florida Sunshine. Child security alarms are fitted to sliding doors leading to pool area for parent’s peace of mind. A full pool screen is provided for added safety (fully removable). This premium plot has fencing either side of the pool area thus offering peace privacy and tranquillity whilst viewing the local wildlife and lake. Extra lighting around the pool for evening dips in the pool and spa. Pool and spa both have underwater lighting. An extended driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles.
It is advisable that the pool is heated between October and April, depending on temperature and this is available at an extra charge at time of booking. We welcome guests from all over the world, who regularly want to return to our beautiful home. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the villa is strictly 'NO SMOKING' and 'NO PETS'.

Our home is cared for by a small family run business, who will be available for you to answer any queries or problems that may arise during your stay. Our home will be cleaned prior to your arrival and all linen and towels will be replaced. Additionally, the pool is cleaned once per week. This is included in the price of your rental.
We are able to offer accommodation for up to 24 people, if you are a large party requiring two villas. We work with our neighbours, who have the same style house. Also a three bedroom villa of similar specification is available for those requiring a second smaller villa, both are next door. These are subject to availability. Area Details Enter Cumbrian Lakes via the long driveway through the entrance gates and you will immediately sense the peace and harmony with nature. With beautiful lakes and fountains, ideal for cycling or walking. Suitable for fishing holidays. Boat storage available near villa, please ask for details.
