For those of you feeling a little more adventurous the white powdery sand of the Gulf Coast beaches to the West are about one and a half hours away, or to the East the Atlantic Coast beaches of Cocoa and Daytona are just an hour away.
For golf fans, the villa is adjacent to the Champions Gate golf complex with two courses designed by Greg Norman. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy is also just five minutes away.
There is a new Publix Supermarket by Champions Gate, together with other shops, restaurants, bars, takeaways and a petrol (gas) station. |

We are keen to welcome guests who wish to take advantage of the Florida sunshine for longer periods. Discounts are therefore available for stays of 3 weeks or more. Please contact us for details.
Pool heating recommended but not obligatory; £100/$175 per week.
A refundable security deposit of £200/$350 per booking is required.
A non-refundable deposit of £150/$270 per week is required at the time of booking.
The balance and security deposit are due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred. Other start days may be possible depending on availability.
Reservations of less than 7 nights may be available depending on availability, but will incur a cleaning charge of £60/$105.
