Discounts are therefore available for stays of 3 weeks or more. Please contact us for details. Pool heating recommended but not obligatory; £100/$175 per week. A refundable security deposit of £200/$350 per booking is required. A non-refundable deposit of £150/$270 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance and security deposit are due 10 weeks prior to arrival. Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred. Other start days may be possible depending on availability. Reservations of less than 7 nights may be available depending on availability, but will incur a cleaning charge of £60/$105. | |||||
