There is nothing more enjoyable than soaking up the Florida sunshine as you relax around your own private lakefront poolwith Spa / HOT TUB. Comfort was built into our pool home. Our family room has plenty of space and is decorated to a real comfortable standard. You can enjoy cable television in all bedrooms some with DVD or Video. Also there is Free WiFi High Speed Broadband internet access. A Games room with a Pool Table,Foosball table and more! The formal living room is separated from the family room and quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing moment. With two living rooms you really will have the space needed to relax in comfort.The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. The advantage of being able to cook when and what you like, and eat in the comfort and privacy of your own home is obvious to any family who travels. After a fun day you can relax in your own private, air-conditioned and well decorated villa. This spacious villa has 5 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has an En Suite Bathroom with full bath and shower and a second colour television and video.
The second and third bedrooms are furnished with full size double beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have twin beds.
Last but not least, the Lakeside Southfacing Private Pool, SPA/HOT TUB and patio are where you can enjoy swimming with the family for hours on end. If the afternoon sun is too harsh for you then you will enjoy the shade of the covered porch.

The surrounding conservation lands make you believe you can’t be only minutes away from the shops, and restaurants of Kissimmee’s Highway 192.
On site facilities include a community swimming pool, and toddlers play area. Although the community is set behind private electronic gates, quietly off the beaten tourist track, it is literally minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot and MGM Studios. Universal Studios, Sea World and a host of other theme parks and attractions are also close by.
