Welcome to our Villa named The Pride on a New Development on Highway 27 called Orange Tree only 15 mins from Disney.
We have 5 Bedrooms 1 King Master this leads out to the pool & has a 27" cable t.v with dvd/vcr walk in wardrobes with an electronic safe fitted for all your valuables & an en-suite with large walk-in shower his n hers vanity unit, large roman style tub & toilet.
1 Queen en-suite this also has access to the pool it has cable t.v & a large shower,vanity unit & toilet.There is a Double bedroom with cable t.v & 2 Twin rooms with cable t.v these share the 3rd full bathroom. All Bathrooms have Hairdryers.
There are 2 Living rooms, the Family room has patio doors leading out to the pool a 42" Plasma screen cable t.v a dvd/vcr & cd system & a Playstation 2 with Games plus plenty of comfortable luxurious Leather seating. The more Formal living room has been made totally to relax in, this room overlooks the pool& has a Queen sleeper sofa in it enableing the villa to sleep 12 people if required.
The Kitchen & Laundry room are fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday there is also a Breakfast Bar & Dining area, this has doors leading out to the pool & patio where you will find a large patio Dining table & chairs just in case you decide to stay in & eat you may as well dine al-fresco we have a Barbque for your use which is free of charge. The pool is 28x16ft & South West facing so we have sun all day long there is plenty of pool furniture & pool toys for your enjoyment.
Our Games room has a 8ft Slate bed Pool Table, an Electronic Shoot the Hoop game & a Darts Board plus Tennis Racquets & a selection of toys & games for the children.
All Linen & Towels are provide plus a cot with linen & a Highchair, aslo a telephone with Free local calls. We also provide FREE High Speed Broadband & Wireless Internet access & we have 2 Cots & 2 Highchairs if you have small children with you.
Everything has been thought of to help make your holiday as enjoyable & memorable as possible. Area Details Orange Tree is on Highway 27 just North of the 192, we are only 15 mins from Disney.Orange Tree has its own Tennis courts, Basketball court, Football pitch & conservation area plus a childrens playground.
We are very close to several excellent Golf courses there is Champions Gate which was designed by Greg Norman,Legends to name but a few.
Local shops are only 5 mins away here you have a Bank, supermarket, chemist, takeaways. Further up the road about 10 mins there is Lake Louisa National State Park here you can go Fishing, Walking, Boating or just sit & watch the wildlife.
