It is centrally located just a few miles from the world-class golf courses of Champion’s Gate, Reunion, and Mystic Dunes. The home has recently been refurnished and redecorated throughout with the addition of a games room including ping-pong and a football table. New tile floors and new lighting accent the well-appointed furnishings. The split bedroom floor plan offers privacy for the master suite, which features a stately queen bed with romantic accents. The ensuite master bath has a private access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms will accommodate up to 4 people with 2 twin beds in each. One of these bedrooms is tastefully decorated in a playful safari theme. The great room with vaulted ceiling is comfortable and inviting. Sunshine radiates through the sliding glass doors which lead to the fully screened pool area. The pool deck is large with plenty of seating for soaking up the sun’s warmth or enjoying an evening meal. You’ll appreciate swimming in your own private pool as you leave your worries and cares behind in this luxurious vacation home. Area Details Our Villa is situated within a residential community surrounded by open countryside which offers a quiet picturesque environment in which to enjoy your holiday. The area's main Theme Parks are close by(Walt Disney World is approximately 10 minutes drive away).
The Villa is privately owned,is spacious and modern in design and extremely well equipped with all mod cons being provided. Comfortably sleeping 6 people in the 3 bedrooms provided and a Queen size sofa-bed is situated in the living area for groups of up to 8. In addition, there is also a single roll-away bed located in the property. A cot and high-chair is also provided for your little one.
The pool is private, solar/gas heated and regularly serviced. The pool area is fully screened for your comfort and benefits from a selection of poolside furniture.
