Luxury fitted modern, well equiped kitchen includes: dish washer, fridge/freezer, electric fan oven, washing machine. Lounge/dining room with cable-TV.
The villa is fully airconditioned (2 units). Swimming pool with large terrace, 4 ea. lounge chairs, BBQ, gardens and parking. Both swimming pool and garden will be maintained weekly.
For winter months all rooms can be heated by means of the airconditioning units.
All the rooms are tastefully furnished.
The villa is situated on the golf resort Mosa Trajectum. This resort offers a 9 holes Challenge Course and 27 holes Championship Course. By renting a golf userright you have the possibility to play with 60% discount on the greenfees of Mosa Golf (very attractive for a golf break).
