This delightful, two bedroomed apartment is situated on the Monte Dourado complex, centrally located in Praia do Carvoeiro. The beach, restaurants, shops and bars are only a few minutes walk away.
This 1st floor apartment is located within a cluster of eight and has partial sea views from both the main balcony and the master bedroom window. The Tennis Courts on site are only a few minutes walk away.
The apartment has an entrance hallway that leads to all the rooms within the apartment. Accommodation consists of a brand new fully equipped bright kitchen including refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and electric cooker. Both spacious bedrooms have ample storage facilities, the master bedroom has a double bed and has full en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has twin beds with a separate shower room opposite.
The lounge with dining area has been tastefully decorated and has ample space to accommodate 4 persons. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony that is furnished with patio table and chairs. From the balcony, there are picturesque views over the swimming pool area and towards the town. The sea can also be seen in the distance. There is an open wood burning fire in the lounge for winter heating together with wall mounted electric heaters in both bedrooms. THERE IS AIR CONDITIONING IN THE APARTMENT FOR THOSE HOT SUMMER MONTHS. Area Details Carvoeiro is a former fishing village with a sandy beach and old town square that has retained its charm and character and is now one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Algarve. Recent years have seen the development of luxury villas and apartments on the magnificent cliff tops to provide a cosmopolitan resort. The village surrounds the beach and has an excellent range of restaurants and bars, many offering live entertainment in the busier months. There are taxi’s and public transport available to the villas, which are situated in residential areas above the beach and rocky coastline. There are three golf courses in Carvoeiro, two 18 hole courses and a beautiful 9 hole par 3 course. This is a golfer’s paradise with fifteen golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
