This fantastic new villa is located in a desirable community that is just 10-15 minutes from Disney.
Our MICKEY ROOM is great for kids of all ages and really adds to the magic of your Disney holiday.
The pool and spa area face South West which means you can enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the entire day.
Many extras including free worldwide phone calls and PC with free wireless internet.
Baby facilities provided include cot, toddler bed gaurd, baby monitors, strollers, highchair and steriliser.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a large kitchen, dining area and living area. Private pool with spa and games room including pool table and table football.
BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom accommodates a King size bed and cable TV.
The large en-suite bathroom has a separate corner shower and
bathtub, his and hers handbasins and w.c.
The second Master bedroom has a double bed and also has
its own en-suite bathroom with bath/shower etc.
There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds. One is our fantastic MICKEY ROOM which is great for kids of all ages (and a few adults too!) These rooms have a shared bathroom.
DINING AREAS
Formal dining area as well as a table and chairs in the kitchen
area. Patio table and chairs are also available for dining in the pool area.
FAMILY ROOM
Spacious family room with views of the patio/pool area. Cable TV, DVD and CD player. Sony playstation and selection of games. Large sofa bed and plenty of seating.
POOL and SPA
Private pool and spa with sunloungers as well as outdoor dining furniture under the shade of the lanai.
GAMES ROOM
We have created a games room which includes a 7 ft pool table, table tennis, table football and dartboard. A box of outdoor sports equipment is also provided including tennis rackets, soccer football, soft baseball bat and ball, american football, basketball, fishing rod and a set of golf clubs. There are good range of shops and supermarkets nearby to cater for all your needs and an abundance of restaurants and attractions within a few minutes drive. Community facilities include a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts and football pitch. You are free to use the sports equipment stored at the house (tennis rackets, footballs / basketballs, golf clubs).
There are many Golf courses and beautiful lakeland walking areas nearby.
