This is a clean and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with Jacuzzi and barbecue area with furnished front yard and a sunny back yard surrounded by a lovely common area with hard wood floors in the living room all with plenty of parking. Two of the 3 bedrooms have TV with cable, with a big screen high definition plasma flat screen in the living room, high speed wireless internet access and unlimited calling in the United States and Canada! Main Street is less a couple blocks away and runs straight to the Huntington Beach pier. We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention. Surf City (Huntington Beach) is close to virtually every major visitor attraction in Southern California and is a family-friendly place that's incredibly safe, ranked among the Top Ten Safest Cities by City Crime rankings for decades. We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.
Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols surf school or take a stunning drive down the coast to Newport and Laguna all just minutes away. We are conveniently located near freeway access to get you to all the local theme parks (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World...) with ease.
