Newly remodeled and painted this professionally decorated home is located in Santa Rosa Cove in the exclusive gated La Quinta Country Club & Spa Resort. La Quinta’s “Mountain”, “Dunes” and “Citrus” golf courses are also with-in the gates and other private and public golf courses are near by. La Quinta’s Tennis Club (18 courts) & SPA are a short two minute walk down a beautiful path.
Master Suite has a walk-in closet, built in cable TV and stereo sound system. The master bath with whirlpool tub, shower has marble floors and granite countertops.

The kitchen, with all new appliances & granite counter tops along with all the cooking utensils makes for a easy cooking experience. The separate breakfast room overlooks the spa and courtyard.
Dining Room seats eight comfortably and has a beautiful view and a separate entrance with alfresco outdoor dining area.
