This is an extremely charming villa on a secure private domain. The villa is very secluded and has its own swimming pool from which there are fabulous mountain views. The garden is completely enclosed and is delightful with its pine and olive trees and even a small cascade into a pretty fish pond with stepping stones.
There are telephone facilities, satellite TV and free ADSL Area Details Within the domain are shared tennis courts and a very large communal pool with a small café. The property, with good local shopping, is very well situated between Valbonne and Biot both of which boast lovely galleries, restaurants and colourful weekly markets. Antibes and the coastal beaches are 10 minutes drive away with the glamour of Cannes only 5 minutes further. The hilltop artists retreat of Mougins, where Picasso spent the last 15 years of his life, is nearby. The historic old town has several splendid restaurants, some with splendid mountain views. There are some excellent golf courses in the region, 2 within 5 minutes drive of the villa and 10 others within 30 minutes. Nice international airport is 20 minutes away as indeed is Nice itself with it's bustling commercial centre and fine museums and galleries. Monaco and Monte Carlo are only slightly further down the coast.
