Well-furnished, cozy and comfortable three room apartment within short walking distance from the main square - the heart of Krakow. Spaciousness and enormously thick size of the walls of the old apartment, with the latter being a decent substitute for air-conditioning brings an atmosphere one can only feel in historic places. Due to the competitive rates, the apartment is popular both with couples and families.

Hall
The spacious hall is the pre taste of the apartment’s style – immensely spacious. Its impressive height additionally creates a feeling of overwhelming space.

Kitchen / dining room with a balcony
The spacious kitchen with room for cooking and dining, with a balcony overlooking wild backyard garden. The kitchen has all one needs for self-catering – fridge/freezer, oven/cooker, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer.

Bathroom
Furnished, covered with bright tiles, equipped with a bathtub, washing basin and washing machine the bathroom has all it takes to use bathroom in decent standard. The impressive height of the bathroom comes in handy as it easily hides from sight the suspended at the ceiling dryer with abundant quantity of laundry.

Toilet
Not much to write about - large and nice

Sitting room
Large and bright south-facing sitting room designed to be both modern and stylish. Due to a high ceiling, an impressive space is the most precious thing to offer. Furthermore, covering almost entire wall window, makes the room very bright even on most cloudy days. Moreover, the room has a parquet flooring, two sofas (one enormous double pull out sofa), an armchair, a coffee table, a table and a set of chairs, TV-set, Stereo+ CD collection, computer + permanent Internet connection.

South-facing bedroom / study
Large double-bedroom with French windows leading to a very large south balcony. We limited the number of furniture pieces to minimum leaving there a comfortable double bed, a table & a set of chairs and a wardrobe. The rest is the space which brings a feeling of comfort.

North facing bedroom
Large bedroom overlooking a secluded, wild backyard garden surrounded by old and stylish buildings. The room has one double king bed, one smallish double pull-out sofa, a wardrobe and a little table. If you like lazing in your bed for some time, open the window and let the birds accompany your early morning sweet dreams.

backyard garden
This is commonly used by neighbors garden which is ideal for reading or simply goofing-off in the shade of trees housing birds you can here throughout the day. Although, this belongs to all people from the building, the place tends to be empty – apart from occasional readers or a few kids running about. Not much work is put into the garden, yet, in spite of being somewhat neglected, it has naturally developed into a wild and tempting place.

This is a spacious and attractive flat, filled with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It is perfectly situated a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town square. The flat's owner was extremely helpful - accommodating all our needs and even giving us some helpful advice on which bars and restaurants are particularly worth a visit (as well as advising us on which parts of his CD collection were worth a listen!). All this comes at a remarkably reasonable price. The perfect place to stay for any group of visitors to the beautiful city of Krakow.Nick

We stayed in Pawel's apartment just after Christmas and for New Year. The accommodation was very spacious, clean, warm and light and was ideal with our two young children. The position of the apartment was safe and within walking distance of the old town, where we walked every day, there and back. Nearby there is a 24h shop offering all that we needed and very reasonable. We were able to enjoy the use of DVD's, CD's and good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Pawel was very helpful and helped us with transport and taxis. We loved Krakow and didn't see all that we wanted to since we ran out of time. This accommodation is one of the best we've experienced - better than most in the UK. So we'll see you again Pawel - keep us a space for next time! Kate and Wojtek, UK.

We spent 7 nights is Krakow and it was great! Remember to visit neighboring Zakopane City if you like the snow and ski. About the apartment it is amazing.. first of all it is very cozy. It is fully heated and really equipped with all the stuff you really need. The apartment is also very secure. It is situated in a very good place.. few steps away from a 24hr grocer.. and a walking distance from the main square. But above all the owner of this worth it! apartment is Pawel. He is a very intelligent and helpful guy. I really mean it.. Cause in the last minute.. one of my friends could not find his passport and he made his best to help us which involved many phone calls, bureaucracy necessary to leave a country without a passport. If it were not Pawel.. my friend would probably have to stay in Krakow canceling his flight and doing what he could to solve his problem. Trust him! Pawel speaks English.. and will give you many tips where to go and what to do.. Go for it!.. I and my friends would really like to thank you Pawel for the help you gave us.! Thanks Again.. if one day you should decide to come to Malta or better Gozo (our island) we would certainly take care of you! Consider it! Jeffrey (Malta).

Hi Pawel, I just wanted to let you know how much the four of us enjoyed staying in your Krakow apartment this past September. We were thrilled to find such spacious, well-equipped accommodation located within walking distance of the town square. And you have no idea how badly we needed to use that washing machine! However, the best part was meeting you and your delightful family when we received/returned the keys. You provided so much helpful sightseeing and dining information plus, in all our time in Poland, we never met anyone else who spoke English as well as you! If I'm ever back in Krakow, there's no question that I'd book your apartment again. Regards,Elisabeth Villeneuve

Our one week stay in Krakow was a great experience. It was the first time any of us had been to Poland, so naturally when we arrived at the airport we were all wondering about what kind of challenges were ahead of us. We had booked accommodation with Pawel, who had offered to pick us up from the airport, and as soon as we stepped out of the airport he was there as promised. Once we arrived at the apartment, Pawel spent around an hour with us. He showed us around the flat and gave us some important tips about places to eat, bars, places of interest and information regarding buses/trams and taxis - thanks to Pawel’s impressive command of English, everything was very smooth and pleasant. The apartment is very sweet and as according to what is shown on the website. It is well equipped with all kitchen facilities, central heating and a washing machine, stereo. The location is good - it is situated very naer to the old town center, and just 4 minutes away from a tram/bus stop. Once there it is very easy to orientate yourself, and if there was any problem, Pawel was always happy to help us. There is also a 24-hour grocery store two doors away from the flat which was quite convenient. The area was also very safe and we did not come across any problems. We would recommend this flat to any group/family wanting to visit Krakow as it provides a cheaper alternative as to hotels while still being in the best comfort. We would all like to thank Pawel and his wife for all their help and most of all for making us feel welcome.
Regards,Alex

Pawel and his family were extremely helpful regarding information about Krakow and the surrounding areas: from tips on the hottest nightlife spots to the right taxi to take from the airport and the train station (including telephone numbers for transportation with English speaking operators). In addition, he let us know about several current events, such as festivals and the like, in and around Krakow. The apartment itself is extremely modern; the kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of space for a group of people (we were four, but it is large enough for eight) to enjoy it in comfort. Another plus is its location: just twenty minutes' walk from the old city center. We fully enjoyed our stay in Krakow and plan to return sometime in the future. When we do, we will definitely be sure to contact Pawel again. Shane Lusher

Hello, Pawel. I am one of Barbara Lusher\'s friends who stayed in your lovely apartment last month, and I am happy to provide a review as we had a wonderful time in Krakow. For my first visit to Poland, I appreciated that the apartment was both a reasonable cab ride from the airport, and a safe and pleasant walk to Rynek Glowny as well as the train and bus stations. All four of us were comfortable in the spacious apartment (sleeping in three different rooms), and it was so nice to be able to plan our day over breakfast and coffee in our pajamas. Since the weather was so warm, we were also happy to have use of the washing machine! When taking a taxi, I would advise any future visitors who do not speak Polish to write down the address of the apartment for their driver - even if they think they are pronouncing it correctly! Renting your apartment was a relaxed and wonderful way to experience Krakow, and I thank you so much for all of your help in planning our stay.

Hi Pawel,We arrived home safe and sound without a hitch. It was a very successful trip all around from Poznan to Warsaw and then to Krakow. We were lucky to have one day in Berlin and a few days in England as well. All in all very enjoyable. Pawel, I would like to thank you for the use of your lovely home. You made us very welcome and helped us a lot in pointing out what to see and to look for. Your home is lovely and we felt like we were in a "home away from home"!I will send the few pictures I took of you and your family when I get them developed. I'm sure not as good as yours! Please give my best wishes to your wife and your darling little boy and of course yourself. Best regards,Pat Eveleigh

Fast developing but still exotic old town enchants its visitors offering restaurants, bars, cafes, a castle, museums, night-life. The largest in Europe main square lures with its unspeakable good-vibes atmosphere and makes one want to hang out either without a specific purpose or to watch outdoor events happening on the daily basis.
Krakow is only 20 minutes from Wieliczka (worldwide unique salt mines), 30 minutes from National Ojcowski Park, 90 minutes from Oswiecim (Aushwitz) and 2 hours from the Tatra mountains (hiking, skiing).
Our flat is located 15 seconds from 24 h grocery shop, 2 minutes from the hospital and the drugstore, within 4 minutes walk from an open air market and a bus/tram stop and is within walking distance to virtually everything one may want to have, see, experience, including undoubtedly most unique in their character pubs in the world :). Finally, although Krakow is generally considered to be a safe city, our apartment is in particularly risk-free neighborhood. We’d love to share our expertise and knowledge of Krakow with travelers and can provide you with a unique and rewarding experience only possible when you know the locals. We will simply save your precious time that you will devote to experiencing and not just groping.
