Large roof terrace for serious sun worshippers has more loungers and further dining table and chairs for 10 - view the amazing sun set over the Mar Menor whilst having dinner from this terrace (Local restaurant will even deliver your diner for you!), outdoor griddles, full size table tennis table.
Very well equiped kitchen, breakfast table, tv, American fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water system no carrying heavy water bottles, hogen hob, microwave and infra-red grill, dishes and cutlery for 12 and dishwasher.

Area Details La Manga literally means 'sleeve' in spanish. On the one side of this strip of land is the Mediterranean Sea and on the other is the Mar Menor, a warm lagoon over 60sq. miles which changes temperature by only a couple of degrees thoughtout the year and is a paradise for all water sports, the diving is reputed to be some of the best in Europe. The area is deservedly proud of its 'Blue Flag' beaches.
Boat hire and chartering nearby, bicycle hire, ski tution, scuba diving. surf boarding, kite surfing to name but a few.
Spa's and thalassotherapy treatments are very popular because of the beneficial elelments in the Mar Menor and are available close to the villa.
Ferry will take you for lunch at one of the islands in the Mar Menor or hire or charter a boat or jet ski and go yourself.
There are many small marinas in the area and fishing both from the shore and by boat is popular.
The 5* La Manga Golf Club is only 10 minutes by car with its 3 champion golf courses and excellent tennis facilities with more than 25 courts, visit where Superstars (filming again 5th to 12th Sept 04)and quite a few other tv programs have been filmed and watch professional footballers and tennis stars train.
Horseriding, natural parks, go-cart racing, cycling and quad biking are all within minutes, new childrens club has recently opened 5 mins walk away.
Cartagena -20mins and Murcia-40mins for culture and shopping are really worth a visit.
Airports - Murcia is 30mins and Alicante 70mins
