At The Abbey, West Haven, 10 minutes to Disney, this spacious new executive villa is set on two floors and has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It has a large heated pool and jacuzzi with extended deck and lanai. There is a downstairs master with en-suite, another master with en-suite upstairs, along with another double room and two twin rooms with a disney theme. As well as the downstairs lounge, there is an upstairs loft lounge with french doors leading onto the balcony with its stunning views. One of the settes here converts to a bed too. Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equiped as you'd expect and has a breakfast bar and there is also a formal dining table seating 8. The house is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms. The double garage is also air conditioned with ceiling fans and games room housing and 8ft pool table, table tennis, foosball, air-hockey and e-darts.
All utility costs (incl telephone) and taxes are included in the price. Ample towels and linen are provided. Pool heating is extra if required. Area Details Our lovely villa is in a small gated community of 58 properties just off the CR54 close to the I-4 and only 10 miutes from the gates of Walt Disney World. Most of the other local attractions are all within 10-25 minutes. It is just 3 minutes from the Greg Norman designed 36 hole golf course at Champions Gate. There are many other courses (including Disney courses) within 5-15 miutes).
The villa overlooks a large wetland/wildlife conservation area and the views from both the pool and the balcony are stunning. There is a nature trail around the area.
