It is an old country house of 18th century, in a verdant and tranquil scenary.It is situated on the hill in the little village of Castè.
The house is in very good condition: it is furnished with 19th century pieces all well preserved. There are ceilings with stucco-work and decoration. A car is necessary. There is a private parking free of charge. The primary services are 2,5 km away. Few minutes divide Castè by La Spezia(7km), Portovenere(15km)and 5 Terre. In La Spezia(spring/summer)there is an efficient service of motorboats to reach sandy beach(Lerici, S.Terenzo) or pebbly beach (Portovenere and 5 Terre). The tourist can chooses to alternate sea life with trips in the verdancy that arrive at Park of 5 Terre.
The Tuscany is not far from here:Pietrasanta(50km),Lucca(80km),Pisa(90km),Firenze(130km). Area Details The well-lighted immovable,120m2 extended on 3 floors, consists of:
on ground floor the kitchen with dining room and bathroom (wc/bidet/shower);
on 1st floor the kitchnette, the little bathroom(wc/wash-basin)and the nice living room;
on 2nd floor 2 double-room and 1 room with double bed.

The Cinque Terre represent one of the best preserved natural and semi-natural areas of the Mediterranean.
