The apartment has one of the best views over the bay, and is only 2-3 minutes walk into Kalkan. Area Details Kalkan is on the Mediterranean coast in the south of Turkey. It is in the heart of ancient Lycia, where there are many fascinating ruins to visit. Kalkan is built on the edge of the Taurus mountains, and the whole area is spectacular, with the mountains leading down to the famous and wonderfully clean Turquoise coast. Spectacular beaches in the vicinity include Patara and Kaputas beaches. Kalkan also has its own small beach and areas for watersports. There are also many places of natural beauty to visit, such as the Gorge of Saklikent. Travel Details Taxis available, and local bus system extremely effecient and excellent value!
