It is a 3-storey house with a library, a handbuilt specialy designed kitchen, roof-terrace, drive-in garage, comfortably furnished, bright rooms, oakwood floor, 19th century antique huge English bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms, a big livingroom (40x5) and a sunny library on the southside waterfront. Area Details The property is situated in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam, an area with monumental warehouses and landmarks of modern architecture, historic ships in the harbour and cafes. The Scheepstimmermanstraat ("Shipcarpenterstreet") is an unique architectural project where the 'fine fleure' of Dutch architects designed 60 modern canal-houses. Our house has been designed in '98 and was constructed in '00.
