This is a small old renovated house built a few metres from the sea. It consists of two rooms. One main bedroom ,lounge which can sleep three people. Completely equiped kitchen and bathroom with shower.It is a very quite house the owners live next door. Laundry is done by the owner (sheets and towels).
The gounds are big 2500sq.mt.Ample space for children to play.
There a steps leading down to the sea for swimming in beautiful clear waters, and 50 metres from the back of the house there is a long sandy beach with shallow water, ideal for children.
The patios are big one undercover with a long table and another table on the lower patio. Area Details The area is beautiful. We have a densely wooded mountain behind us ideal for long walks. There is a camping site near us with a small supermarket.About 500mt. from the house there is a very good taverna.
Shopping is usually done in the towns of Nikiti and Neos Marmaras (which also have many tavernas) are 9kl from the house. The house is situated in the middle of the two towns. There is a golf course 12 kl. from the house.
The whole of the leg of Sithonia has the most beautiful beaches.
To do the round of Sithonia takes about two hours. Travel Details There is a bus running three times a day from Thessaloniki. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki which is 110 kl. from the house.
