Spacious holiday bungalow within walking distance to the town and sandy beaches in Torrevieja.Well equipped with two double bedrooms and a third which is used to store all the garden furniture.There is a kitchen with many cupboards, a gas hob small oven,fridge /freezer, fully equipped with a breakfast bar.Lounge with T.V showing all channels.A music centre,two settee's and a table and 4 chairs.Spot lights.The main bedrooms both have fans ,fly screens and fitted wardrobes.The bathroom has a shower and a small bath and toilet and a washing machine.There is a large barbeque,sun loungers, hammock, two mountain bikes with safe cycling at the back of the park which overlooks the lakes.Two sets of golf clubs with a golf couse 15 mins away. Large outside gazzebo with a two more tables and 4 chairs.A large secluded garden walled with a secure gate.Outside there is a drive.All the windows have fly sceens and grills are fitted to the outside windows.Towels,bed linen and a hair dryer are there for you to use. Area Details It is a mixture of houses and bungalows with a large and a small swimming pool with life guards in attendance mostly in the summer months.We are 10 minutes walk from the sea and town.There is a club house which has a pool terrace. Travel Details You can hire a car from the airport or arrangements can be made for you to be picked up from the airport ( approx 30 euros each way) Buses run into town close by.Taxes are always available too.
