with fabulous private pool and spa.
We are delighted to advise that we have availability in our stunning 5 bedroom /4 bathroom villa ( sleeps up to 12). Comprising two king master suites, one queen room
with private bathroom and two twin rooms with bathroom. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in a separate lounge.
We are located in a gated community less than 15 minutes from Disney and just 2 minutes from interstate 4 junction 55, giving fantastic access to everything else that Orlando and central Florida has to offer.
Situated on an exceptionally large plot, the villa has a fabulous pool and spa on a large deck (not overlooked) with complimentary gas barbecue, where you can relax in comfort and soak up the sun when not out visiting Mickey or enjoying the countless other attractions that are close by. There are plenty of games including PS2 and XBox 360 plus lots of games and DVDs.
Only a small number of luxury villas can turn a vacation into a truly fabulous one - and our home is certainly one of these.
The icing on the cake is the fantastic value that it offers.
Our rates are inclusive of all taxes so, unlike many homes,
there are no hidden extras to worry about.

Pool heat is included. Area Details Wether it`s shopping for gifts, clothes electrical gadgets or basic food shopping it is all here on your door step. You can shop till you drop.
Most shops are open until 9 or 10 pm.
There is a new Mall across the road from our community.
With stores such as JC Penny, Best Buy (electrical), Belk (clothes), Target (everything).
Plus smaller stores for crafts, pets, sports, books, pharmacy.
More opening soon.
Publix is great for food shopping and is 5 minutes south on Hwy.27.Try their Key Lime pie.
They have a 24 hr. pharmacy.
Walmart is a little further south and they sell everything from bananas to guns, from bicycles to toilet paper , you name it they sell it.
You will find more shops at Berry town centre a few minutes north on Hwy. 27
Our favorite sports bar/restaurant is on the way to Berry Town Center this is great for watching all kinds of sports , American and European inc. F1. As well as great food and drink.
Also in this area you will find English fish and chips run by a Yorkshire man and his wife.
Indian food too a few doors away.
We like breakfast at the waffle house just 2 minutes away, hash browms and coffee to die for!
There are plenty of other fast food places all within 5 minutes of the villa.
More than 55 million rounds of golf are played in Florida every year. There are 1,100 courses in Florida with 100 in the Orlando area. Deer Creek Golf Club just across the road
