Stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa overlooking the 15th green and 16th tee on this presigous new resort. The vila has a large landscaped garden, beautiful heated private pool (12mx6m), BBQ and many outdoor terraces offering offering unrivalled views of the golf course and the Mazzaron Hills in the distance.
Externally the villa reflects traditional Spanish architechture. Internally, all rooms are fully furnished to an exceptional standard. The living accommodation is spacious with vaulted, beamed ceilings and dark wood shutters. There is heating / air conditioning throughout. Area Details Hacienda del Alamo officially opened the first of the two Dave Thomas designed championship golf courses in November 2004. Dave Thomas has an international reputation – his courses include Valderama, La Manga and the Belfry to name but a few. The first course is a challenging 6,724m over gently undulating conditions. There is also a golf academy which consists of a six hole 1,251m practice course,two storey driving range and pro shop. There are also 2 tennis courts available on the resort that are less than 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Hacienda del Alamo is five minutes drive from the traditional Spanish town of Fuente Alamo, 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron yet surrounded by mountains and farmlands.
There is a choice of superb sandy beaches or rocky coastal coves at Mazarron, only 25 mins away. Alternatively the seaside resort of La Manga del Mar Menor is 40 mins by car. This famous resort has safe and shallow waters that offer a wide variety of water-sports. It is Europe's largest salt water lagoon and boasts over 170 square kilometres of shallow warm water (regularly 5 degrees centigrade warmer than the Med).
