The accommodation at La Casa Collina� has been tastefully modernised but with a keen eye on retaining the rustic charm of the house from its chestnut beams, ceilings and doors to the magnificent stone fireplace in the kitchen.
The property has use of a shared pool only 30m away.Accomodation comprises two bedrooms,each sleeping two people, a living room,a shower room and a fully fitted kitchen comprising a full range of cupboards, ample work surfaces, fridge, oven and hob. All the rooms are fully furnished in a style sympathetic to the house.
At the rear of the cottage is a large raised terrace ideal for eating Al Fresco� whilst soaking up the stunning views across the valley. Area Details The whole area is stunning and is designated as being of special natural interest. Nature is all around, with beautiful flowers and fascinating wild-life - we regularly see deer in the grounds and birds of prey in the skies.
There are beautiful country walks through the wooded Tuscan countryside, many hill villages explore and atmospheric towns to visit. Florence, Arezzo and Sienna can easily be visited in a day. Our local village, Strada is fascinating with its ancient market piazza, beautiful castle, boulder-strewn river and narrow winding streets hold a wide variety of shops.
There is a beautiful golf course about a ten minute drive away.
Swimming is possible in the many crystal clean rivers in the neighbourhood Travel Details A car would be necessary
There is a regular bus service to Florence and the journey time is just over one hour.
There are regular trains to Arezzo, with the nearest station being about 10 minutes away by car
