Our south-facing pool, patio & garden enjoy complete privacy. Our 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a games room, jukebox CD player, unlimited free internet access via the villa's own PC or via wireless connection for your own laptop, & free local, national & international phone calls.
In an ultra-convenient location close to the interstate, our villa has such privacy that the pool, patio & garden are designated "clothing optional" areas. Children can play in complete safety; adults can get that enviable Florida tan without tan lines.
Inside, the large family room is at the heart of the villa, & is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind after a hard day at the attractions. Deep plush sofas.... games to keep the kids entertained... cable TV.... and a jukebox CD player that's guaranteed to re-energise you and get you up on your feet & dancing!
When it comes to dining, you've plenty of options. The airy kitchen/dining space has no less than 3 different areas for serving up at family mealtimes, which mean the grown-ups have the chance for a peaceful meal - while kids love to eat at the funky breakfast bar. And don't forget the patio area and barbecue outside - so Dad gets the chance to cook too....!
The stylish games room has a "1950s diner" feel to it, and is equipped with air hockey, foosball, & table tennis games equipment. And in the house there's a PC with free, unlimited, internet access.
The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, quiet and airy with oodles of storage space. It also has its own TV, for when the kids are ready to sleep but you're not. With its own en-suite bathroom, including his & hers washbasins, kingsize bath and separate shower, it's your very own self-contained pampering space - something to look forward to at the end of a fun-packed day out with the family. It also has its own exit door to the pool area - for late night skinny-dipping, maybe...?
The second double bedroom has a sunny south-facing view out over the pool area, & guests sleeping here awake each day to swaying palm trees, sparkling waters & Florida sunshine. The other bedroom is set out with twin beds, and is ideal for either adults or children; it has its own TV. All our bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and quality towels and bedlinens are provided throughout.

Area Details Our villa's ultra-convenient location close to the Interstate makes it easy to reach all the attractions (Disney is 15 minutes away) and to go further afield. There's no long stop-start journey along highway 192 or through countless traffic lights - unlike with most of the rental villas in the Kissimmee area. And it's in an established residential area, not a 'new-build' building site!
The villa is close to fields of wonderful orange groves, and yet there's a host of restaurants, takeaways, and supermarkets only 5-10 minutes away. And within easy staggering distance is the popular & friendly local bar, which has regular themed nights - (you have been warned....!) Travel Details It's Orlando. You're going to need a car!
