The charming apartment Girasoli is situated in the farmhouse I Pianelli, a lovingly renovated rural villa, situated in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, 23 km away from Siena and 3 km away from the villages of Vescovado and Murlo.
The apartment is situated on the second floor, is spacious and confortable including a kitchen and dining room with sitting area, 3 double bedrooms with double bed or twin beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. It also includes a TV, a telephone and a safe.
The guests can use a large pool (14 m x 7 m), as well as a garden and a playground for children. They can also use a spacious veranda with garden tables and chairs. A laundry room with a washing machine is available too.
The villa includes six charming apartments of different sizes, all beautifully renovated and furnished with elegance in typical Tuscan style. Area Details Once the residence of paysant families, I Pianelli is now a farmhouse whose apartments are furnished according to the typical Tuscan style and are equipped with central heating, telephone, TV and safe. The estate spreads over an area of 325 acres, in a valley where a small stream flows. On the farm the guests can play table tennis, bar biliards, can go for walks or do ciclying. There is a pool and a playground for children. In the surroundings there are shops and restaurants, sport centres and riding grounds. Thanks to the convenient location of this villa the guests can easily reach places of extraordinary artistic and cultural relevance, like the many cities and towns of art (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra,
Mmassa Marittima, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano), the medieval villages and castles perched on the hilltops, the ancient abbeys and parrish churches spread up over the gorgeous countryside. Travel Details A car in needed aince the villa is located in the countryside. The nearest bus stop is 800 mts away, however it is difficult to rely on publich transport.
