Inside, the owners have extended the property to create a third bedroom which, with extra TV, playstation, books and games, can be used as a den by the kids whilst you relax on the terrace with your glass of wine watching the sun set over Fuerteventura! Extremely tastefully furnished, the lounge has patio doors leading out to the terrace, whilst the master bedroom is ensuite. There is a further twin bedroom, a second bathroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, and utility room. Ideal for family holidays or for couples just looking to chill out, this very popular villa will ensure your holiday will be enjoyed to the full. Area Details The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. There is a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine, particularly in the southwest corner where Playa Burgado is situated. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which are within easy reach of the villa. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive away, as is the stunning new marina with it's cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
