This new upstairs apartment, is built on 2 floors. It comprises lounge, 2 balconies, fitted kitchen (including washing machine, fridge-freezer), 2 shower rooms / wc, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which will SLEEP 2 EXTRA PEOPLE - ideal for children. The apartment can therefore sleep 6. The apartment is on a small development of just 6 apartments sharing the gardens and pool.
It is a great location for some serious sunbathing and, in the cooler months, well situated for hill and country walking.
A nearby hotel, Morning Star, is open all year round and is popular with the many English residents in the area. Area Details Ovacik is located in the Fethiye region of South West Turkey, just 2 miles from Oludeniz and an hour from Dalaman airport. The resort of Ovacik is nestled among pine trees on a plateau surrouded by mountains. The villages of Hisaronu and Ovacik have merged to create a resort with a distinctly British atmosphere. The nearest beach is at Oludeniz and offers pale sand and deep blue sea. Many regard it as one of the best beaches in Turkey.
Ovacik and Hisaronu have lots of cafes, restaurants and bars and the town of Fethiye is only a 10 minute journey by car or bus. Apart from the water sports activities on the beaches there is a wide range of outdoor activities from walking and horse riding to canoeing and jeep safaris. Other local attractions include the ghost village of Kayakoy, abandoned by its Greek inhabitants in 1923.
