Enjoy the spaciousness and high standard of accommodation offered in this detached house with an enclosed garden. Decking and seating around the south facing garden provides a sunny secluded area. Close to all major amenities such as the historical town of Gdansk nearby, beautiful beaches at Sopot and sailing/windsurfing/tennis all within easy access. The house has three large bedrooms, two double (one ensuite bathroom) and one with two single beds. Modern open-plan kitchen with excellent facilities including hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a dining room area for up to 8 people. There is also a cloak room, utility room and toilet downstairs.
The house has full central heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room area for the winter months. There is a TV and a range of DVDs. In the garden there is a children's play area with a slide, swing and sand pit. There is the use of 5 bicycles, basketball hoop and a barbecue. It is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the countryside surroundings. Area Details Protected woodland surrounding with pine and silver birch trees. Walks from house, views to church in village. Peaceful and private location but within all activities/amenities.
The house is situated in a small peaceful village, with woods nearby perfect for walking and using the 5 bikes available. Yet 15 minutes drive will take you to either Gdansk, Gdynia or Sopot. Gdansk is rich in history, this is the place where WWII started. Sopot is famous for its beaches and spa resorts. Gdynia is known for its restaurants and largest harbour in Europe. There are sport clubs with tennis and swimming, theaters, museums, golf courses, clubs and beaches all around the Tri-City. Travel Details There are buses all around the Tri-City and its suburbs. Also tramlines are useful if getting around in the city centre. There are lots of taxis available for hire, we have Taxi company numbers etc available in the house. We also have directions when coming out of the airport and can recommend a car rental service, to meet you at the airport which offers very competitive rates.
