This newly completed large 5 bedroom pool home boasts an excellent standard of accomodation. Beautifully furnished living room overlooking the south facing pool and orange groves of Sunset Ridge. There is a seperate family room offering a wide choice of entertainment including TV, multi regional DVD with various films, Playstation 2 and games and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker and toaster. There is a seperate laundry room with full size washer and seperate dryer. The dinind area is adjacent to the kitchen. The 5 large bedrooms offer walk in closets, cable TV, clock radios. The 2 x king rooms both have en-suites, the other rooms offer 1 x full room and 2 x twin rooms, 1 being a Mickey Mouse room complete with Mickey cable TV. There is 1 further family bathroom. All are fully equipped with hairdryers and towels. 1 bathroom has an exit to the pool area for convenience while using the pool. Area Details Quiet Palm Villa is located on Sunset Ridge, a gated community set amongst orange groves, conveniently located near the I4 and SR27 intersection. Only 8 miles, 10 minutes drive from Disney. If you are interested in golf, the award-winning Southern Dunes, Champions Gate and Ridgewwod Lakes courses are all located within 10 minutes drive. The villa is within close proximity to all of Orlando's exciting attractions and abundance of shops and restaurants. Sunset Ridge is an ideal location for Central Florida and the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. A short distance away is a 24 hour supermarket and a variety of malls and shops that offer anything you may require.
