Large 3 bedroomed villa, situated on a small private complex with swimming pool, close to the International Standard Golf Courses that are available in Belek, 20mins from Antalya airport.
All furnishings and equipment are of a very high standard. Fully airconditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you may need, and includes microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and all utensils.
The lounge is comfortably furnished.
Toilet facilities are available on this floor.
The second floor consists of a bathroom, one double bedroom with a private balcony and 2 twin bedrooms.
The roof terrace is furnished with patio furniture and has a small kitchen used as a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer.It also has an outside shower.
There are balconies and a BBQ terrace in the villa also.
The villa is within walking distance of the local shops and a bar/restaurant serving local and internation cuisine.
Towels and linen are provided for use in the villa, beach and poolside towels are not provided, please bring your own. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, if you require a midweek clean this can be arranged for a small charge payable locally.
There are two beach parks in the area, Kadriye Beach Park and Belek Beach Park. On these you will find long sandy beach, bars, restaurants, seating areas, and a multitude of water sports and all kinds of activities. A great place to spend the day. Both are new additions to this area, recently completed. Area Details The villa is situated on the beautiful Turkish Riviera on the Mediterranean sea. The weather is fantastic with averages of over 300 days sunshine every year.
Fishing is available in the river at Belek, or from the beaches.
In August the beach is the nesting grounds of the rare sea turtle and if you are lucky, you may see them at night time when they leave the sea to lay their eggs in the sand.
There a 6 Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa and guests are welcome at these. We can arrange GOLF PACKAGES for you at very competitive rates.
