MASTER BEDROOM
with 7' super-king bed which sets the tone for this beautifully furnished bedroom. A dressing room and walk-in closet are a rare feature which not many homes have, plus there is an en-suite luxury bathroom with double sized shower, two vanity sinks and a hairdryer. There is also a large screen cable TV and radio alarm clock in this bedroom which overlooks the pool area.

Set in the Disney area of Orlando, Clear Creek is situated in a tranquil location, an officially designated wildlife conservation area. Relax and watch the sun go down over the trees or swim in the underwater lit pool.
Maybe you would like to spend a rest day from the theme parks, sunbathing by the south facing pool. Our garden includes an extended deck area and larger than average 30' x 15' pool which is fully enclosed and large enough for all the family to enjoy, it offers space, privacy and tranquility, having no other pools behind to overlook it - a bonus in the Disney area.
The villa has had many upgrades to ensure it has elegance and luxury throughout. All furniture and furnishings are top of the range, not standard rental packages. This is our home, which we use often, and we want only the best for ourselves and our guests. We are constantly upgrading the furnishings and fittings to maintain our very high standards. Sheets and towels are regularly replaced to ensure they are always of the finest quality. Our management company have a superb cleaning service so you will have a beautifully presented villa on your arrival.
There is a Walmart Superstore, a bank, post office and petrol station within 1 mile and the entrance to Disneyworld is just 6 miles away. There are 32 championship golf courses within a 30 mile radius.
Recently the town of Four Corners has been created at the entrance to our complex which now offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and wine bars. So with just a 1 mile stroll you will have everything you could wish for right on your doorstep.

Area Details Set in the heart of Florida, Woodridge/Clear Creek is situated within a short distance to Walt Disney World, and all the other exciting attractions that makes Central Florida the world's No. 1 tourist destination. Woodridge is situated in the Clear Creek area and both estates are amongst the most prestigious in the area. The beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast are a little over an hour away by car where you can experience the casual, tropical beauty and relaxed lifestyle on the Gulf. Alternatively visit Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral or the world famous Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast.
Situated in a tranquil location on Highway 27, where it meets Highway 192, it is approximately 10 minutes to the gates of Walt Disney World and a 15-minute drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove and other major Orlando attractions. There is a Winn Dixie supermarket directly at the entrance of the estates, together with a main post office. Other shops close by include a Pizza Delivery and a selection of restaurants. A new Wal-Mart super store and Lowes DIY have been newly built 1 mile from Woodridge. There is also a petrol station adjacent to Winn Dixie.
Orlando Airport is 40 minutes drive drive, Sanford Airport is 55 minutes drive and Tampa Airport can be reached in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
