Beautiful modern villa on the side of a hill that dominates over one of the most beautiful stretches of Sicilian coastline, just a few kilometres from the Natural Park of Zingaro (excursions possible). 2.8 km from S. Vito Lo Capo (all kinds of shops, small tourist harbour), a well-known tourist spot renowned for its white sand beach and the crystal-clear sea (bathing equipment, stretches of free beach), approx. 40 km from Trapani (embarkation for the Egadi islands). Magnificent views of the sea. Offers peace and quiet. The sea (rocky shoreline) is approx. 400 m away as the crow flies and can by reached on foot by taking a path that leads through the Mediterranean vegetation and rocks or by car along a dirt track at the end of which there is a natural car park from where you can take a 200-m long path that passes through the rocks. At the S. Vito beach you can find the owner's hotel where the guests can have all kinds of information. Large terrace with views of the sea that is also equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue and up higher there is another panoramic terrace with swimming pool (11x5) (1/5-30/10), sun trap terrace and a collapsible equipped outdoor kitchen. 4 outdoor showers. Upon request and to be paid on the spot: laundry service, rearranging and cleaning of the big kitchen, dish-washing by the house-helping staff. Parking.
The villa is made up of a manor apartment (approx. 200 m2) and 3 small apartments that are not communicating, which face the large terrace with views of the sea (one apartment is situated in the back). A 4th apartment is unhabited, but used by the owner as warehouse. Each apartment is on the gr. fl. and consists of a dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. All the 3 apartments have a single divan bed in the dining room. Manor apartment: 1st fl.: large living room with view of the sea and access to the terrace, dining room communicating with the kitchen (dishwasher) and access to the terrace with view of the sea, 1 double bedroom (TV) with bathroom with shower and access to the terrace with view of the sea, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi shower, laundry room (washing machine). 2nd fl.: 1 double bedroom (with 3rd extra bed that can also be moved in the other bedrooms) with terrace with view of the sea and bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with small double bed, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Air conditioning. Included in the price: small breakfast, daily cleaning of the villa, daily bed and bath linen change. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
