It is located on a Tuscan Hill, in the municipality of Vinci (Florence) where Leonardo was born and where you can visit the museum and the house of birth of the famous italian genius. The house is very spacious and has been divided into 8 large and elegant apartments for the guests, which can be joined two by two to accommodate even large groups (up to 12 persons).
The property could be rent as a unique magnificent Tuscan villa with pool for 30 persons and more.

The house dates back to the 16th century and is surrounded by olive trees, only 27 km. far from Florence, in an ideal position to reach Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena as well.
The luxurious property, with the handsome façade in bare stone, stands on a top of a hill with a superb view and a peaceful landscape.
Guests have a 6 x 12 meter pool a their complete disposal open from may to september, surrounded by olive trees, with private beach umbrella for each apartment; free laundry room at disposal for the guests.

The property has been completely restructured in full respect of the Tuscan architectural style, with the handsome façade in bare stone, the door and window frames in grey sandstone, the roof ventilated with modern technology but made using the ancient tiles, the interior floors in classic red terracotta, the ceilings with great beams in chestnut, oak and cypress, or beams in antique terracotta, the plaster walls tinted in pale hues, the stone stairways, and the original frescoes that decorate some of the ceilings.
