Situated on an 'upscale' community set amongst orange groves, and built by one of the most respected and award winning builders in central Florida, our high quality build vacation home has everything you could possibly need to make sure this vacation is the holiday of your dreams.
Significant upgrades, including corian worksurfaces in kitchen, marble in all four bathrooms, 3 sets of french windows leading onto pool deck area (bathroom access to pooldeck), fully air conditioned with cool Italian ceramic tiles to all living areas.
Two of the bedrooms, have king sized beds (the third double has a queen size bed) where you can wrap yourself up in the luxury of 270 thread Egyptian cotton sheets, they all also have luxury en-suite bathrooms. Two twin bedded rooms are equally well equipped and share a luxury bathroom.
Furnished with stunning bespoke furniture from 'American Signature' (we wanted very high quality furniture and furnishings to create a five star plus ambience along with real comfort) we wish to make sure we provide everything we and our guests could ever need.
On a premium plot, the villa is not overlooked and the pooldeck provides a beautiful area to relax in with the use of high quality pool furniture. The listed conservation view is fabulous!
Apart from real comfort and convenience, our guests safety is of great concern to us. We have, therefore, paid great attention to the safety features in our home. Full monitored security alarm, pool alarms on all doors, pool safety fence, monitored fire and smoke alarms.
To keep all the kids amused (big ones too!)there is a well equipped games room, cable TV's and DVD's in every bedroom, very large flat and wide screen TV and DVD in the family room,
PS2 for the kids and lots of board games, DVD's etc., to relax with after a hard day at the parks. For those who want yet more time in the sun, a complimentary BBQ is provided in the garden.
This villa is a no smoking villa (except on the pool deck) and sorry - no pets allowed.
Free high speed Broadband internet and free National and International calls just add to the extras our home offers. Area Details Just ten minutes from Disney and five minutes from several championship golf courses, the villa is on a community called Orange Tree (set amongst orange groves) on H-way 27. Just five minutes from Florida State National Park where there is fishing, boating and nature trails for walking etc.
A quiet and beautiful place to relax and soak up the abundant Florida sunshine but just a few minutes from all the 'action'.
There are over 20 championship golf courses within ten minutes drive of our home.
Lake Louisa State National Park is just five minutes drive and you can use the boating facilities, nature trails, fishing etc.
