Spacious and comfortable five bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom home, set in a secluded and quiet residential area. Situated on a corner plot with lake views. It is only 2 minutes from the new Reunion Golf Resort and 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Resort. The attractions of Disney are 10 minutes away, with Universal and Seaworld within 25 minutes. Either coast is within a 90 minute drive. The house is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms have the added benefit of ceiling fans. Downstairs you will find a formal dining area with music system; a spacious living area with seating for at least 10 people, cable TV, DVD and video with a library of films; a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook; a master bedroom (with access to the pool area via patio doors) with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes as well as cable TV, CD player and telephone ; a utility area with washer and dryer; separate downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are 4 further bedrooms with built-in robes, with cable TV in two and to entertain the children a Playstation 2. There are also 2 further full bathrooms. Outside there is a large pool area with spa and covered lanai with gas barbeque.

Area Details Pinewood Country Estates is a beautiful development situated just off Old Lake Wilson Road (CR 545) which runs from the 192 (Disney end) and is only 2 miles from Interstate 4.
Pinewood Country Estates is in a very peaceful location surrounded by orange and lemon groves, yet only 10-15 minutes drive from Disney world.
Highway 192 is about 10 minutes away which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. Kissimmee Old Town, located on the 192 has a variety of attractions and holds the World Famous Saturday Night Cruise, a must see parade of over 100 classic cars.
The recently opened Reunion Golf Resort is 2 minutes away, Champions Gate is only 5 minutes away where there is a new Publix supermarket that is open 24 hours a day.
There are 2 golf courses at Champions Gate, a National course and an International course that was designed by Greg Norman, a must for all Golf lovers. Together with Reunion this means there are five fantastic golf courses within five minutes of the house.
In addition to the theme parks the area has an amazing variety of activities such as golf, fishing, go karting, jet ski, bungie jumping, horse riding, air boats and lots lots more all within easy reach.
