Banana Valley (sleeps 2+1 ex.bed), Fig Tree (sleeps 4+1 ex.bed) and Olive Grove (sleeps 6+1 ex.bed) Villas are three new custom built and luxurious architect designed villas with large, private pools, situated in the rolling hills just outside the picturesque resort town of Marmaris, an historic and undiscovered jewel located in the corner of Turkey where the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas meet. The villas offer the discerning holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured.
Eden Villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Fig Tree and Olive Grove 10 x 5 m, 1.5 m deep, Banana Valley 8 x 5 m, 1.4 m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols, perfect for sunlounging in peace or enjoying a drink after dinner. Banana Valley Villa has also an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent views across the wooded valley. A caretaker comes twice a day to take care of pool cleaning and gardening work. The villas are cleaned twice a week, once before arrival and again in the middle of the holiday. All bedlinen and towels are changed.
The accommodation itself is totally self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens including electric cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, toaster and fridge with a separate large freezer, electric B.B.Q. plus crockery and cutlery, all in custom designed and produced surroundings. On arrival we offer a welcome pack containing continental breakfast, wine and fruit, allowing you to immediately switch-off and concentrate only on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
Olive Grove Villa has three bedrooms, Fig Tree Villa two and Banana Valley one, with each bedroom sleeping two and in each villa there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedrooms have an ensuite shower/bath/wc and double beds, while the other bedrooms have two single beds and can make use of a separate shower and wc room. Master bedrooms also have a hair dryer. All beds excluding the sofa beds are provided with mosquito nets. The lounge has a fireplace as the centrepiece, clad from locally quarried white marble, chosen to soothingly reflect the light and warmth of the fire and yet fit naturally into the look of the villas.
Throughout the villas all furnishings are of the highest quality and where appropriate are made of teak or wrought iron and are handmade by skilled local craftsmen. For example Hüseyin Usta, the blacksmith we used to make the iron furnishings, is a famous ferre forge artist and craftsman from Mugla, the capital of the province and has received many awards and much praise for his art and craftmanship. All materials used in the villas are locally sourced, whether they are handwoven Turkish cotton materials or traditional handwoven kilim carpets made from locally spun wool.
All rooms in both villas are fully air-conditioned with cold and warm air available to ensure your total comfort.
All villas have an alfresco dining area on the terrace and another dining area inside.
Each villa has a telephone to receive calls, wireless internet connection, satellite tv, dvd player and cd/casette player (please bring your own music and dvds, which you can also hire locally).

Have a fantastic and relaxing holiday! Area Details Marmaris is located near to Dalaman airport and we offer a return transfer to the airport as part of the package. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6 km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farm house in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. Travelling around and exploring is easy and recommended.
The local environment is suitable for any kind of leisure activity, from walks through quiet, secluded forests while the close proximity to the sea means that you can swim, scuba dive, jet-ski, fish, paraglide, yacht and mess about on the water to your heart's content, while for the more energetic we can arrange mountain bike hire, tell us what you want to do and we'll arrange it. The warm sunny climate guarantees sun nearly all the year round and in the summer months any depth of sun tan you require is assured!
