This spacious villa is just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful yet not too far from the local amenities.
The complex's pool is very well maintained and literally just a few steps away from the villa.
Upstairs: There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one
with two singles. Separate bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin and also a balcony area.
Downstairs: There are two settees in the living room area that easily convert into single beds. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, fridge-freezer, cooker etc. there is also a downstairs toilet with washbasin.
Outside the property there are two large verandas, front and back, front with built in barbecue!
Other amenities include: Air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board with iron, satellite TV, playstation 2 and mobile phone. Linen and a full cleaning service are also provided. Area Details Located in the quiet resort of Calis Beach on Turkey’s beautiful southern turquoise coast, this large comfortable villa, close to local amenities is only 500MTRS away from the beach! Local shop, restaurant and bar are also within 10min’s walking distance. Calis main promenade where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore is only 5min’s away in a taxi. From here, a further 15min’s on the local bus (known as a Dolmus) will take you into the busy town of Fethiye. The town of Fethiye is quickly becoming one of Turkey’s favourite holiday destinations where there are many excursions
to keep you busy either inland or around the 12 islands of Fethiye bay. Slightly further away is the lively resort of Hisaronu, which is very popular with the British, also the beach resort of Olu Deniz which boasts notably the most talked about beach in Turkey! Both places within 30min’s of villa’s position. Travel Details For those of you without a hire car, the local attractions and entertainment are all served by the local Dolmus (mini-buses), these provide a regular service which is convenient and good value for money.
