Very quietly situated apartment in enormous villa converted into 4 apartments and overlooking gardens, HEATED pool (Oct - APR), private terraces and Mediterranean. Recently equipped and decorated to high standard.
Charming owners (English)live in one apt and are on hand if required to advise on where to visit / eat etc.
Two bedrooms (twin and king-sized beds); 2 shower rooms (1 en suite) living area with lounge/diner/kitchen. All three rooms have direct access to terraces. Sea view from living room & kitchen area.
Half-acre of communal gardens; table-tennis; dartboard & washing machine. 3 restaurants & beach within 12 minute walk.
Port, old town & better beach within 10 minute drive.
365-day supermarket in Port as well as Carrefour Hypermarket. Area Details Estepona is a very underrated almost unknown (to the British) typically spanish seaside town of narrow streets, cheek-by-jowl 2 storey terraced stucco houses, charming plazas & undercover food market. There are at least 2 popular beaches that are never crowded. There are almost no souvenir shops; fish & chips; burger bars etc. Instead it is full of normal very Spanish shops as well as a host of bars, restaurants & estate agents (of course).
The Port area is a little more cosmopolitan with a display of exotic boats in the Marina, great restaurants & tapas bars and a few shops (and more estate agents).Fishing trips & Dolphin Watching trips can be arranged.
Nearby is Selwo Safari Park; Puerto Banus & Marbella; Gibraltar; Casares & Manilva. Wonderful golf courses are also nearby. Travel Details Buses stop nearby. Efficent taxi service to town or port.
Owner can also provide a taxi service. Good & inexpensive bus service to Marbella / Puerto Banus / Gibraltar.
