Price Includes:-Rental of your holiday villa for a group of 8, (cost per extra person scale from 100 - 130 euro accordingly), air conditioning in one bedroom, electricity, maid service/cleaning as described, (bed linen and towel service), welcome food pack. Our hospitality begins with a welcome-basket including all you need for the first breakfast (containing local produce, water, milk, tea and coffee). | |||||

Other Information:-Your stay cannot be less than 7 days. All reservations must be guaranteed with an initial payment of 30%of the stay upon confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A deposit security if 1000 Euros is required to be paid directly in cash to the property owner upon arrival at the property. This cash deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, less any additional expenses (i.e. utilities and telephone) and any damage that might be done to the property | |||||
