Price Includes:-The rate is for the two properties together and is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen ,towels and a welcome pack. It is however possible to just take the villa, without the separate apartment, for a party of four or less for the reduced rates of 400.00,550.00 and 675.00 pounds per week depending on the season. Change over day is flexible. Please note that Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid-season rate of 675.00 pounds. | |||||
