For parties of 7-8 persons accommodated in both the villa and apartment a 10% surcharge is applicable on the weekly rental rate. Other Information:-25% deposit required on making the reservation, the balance payment and £400 refundable security deposit is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival date ate the villa. All reservations made within 10 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full. | |||||
