There are no hidden charges, so all you need to do is forget all your troubles and relax! Price includes villa for 1 week, with the following services:
· Bed linen and towels provided. (Not beach towels)
· Services of English speaking villa manager's.
· Cleaning of the villa will cost an additional 55 euros per stay to be paid directly to the management agent on arrival. For 2 week bookings or more an additional clean (to include fresh bed linen) can be arranged at the same cost on request. This is to be paid to the agent by you on arrival.
· Prices quoted are for up to 8 people only.
· Includes some utility bills. |
Price Excludes:-· Back to Back Bookings: The property must be vacated by 10 am on the day of your departure and will be ready at 4pm for those on arrival unless pre arranged otherwise with the owner permission.
· Car hire is highly recommended. If you do not hire a car from the airport, we advise you to take a driving licence just in case you would like to hire a car in La Manga; just in case you would like to see more of the surrounding area, as its very beautiful !!.
Always carry your driving license and be aware that drink driving carries very heavy penalties in Spain.

Other Information:-BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We strongly recommend that travel insurance with full cancellation cover is taken out in case of any cancellation by either party and as your belongings left in the house are not covered by Revelinnluxury or our insurance policy.
1) To secure a booking 25% is required as a non-refundable booking deposit. Also required is a £100 security deposit, which will be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure on the proviso that the house is left clean, tidy and undamaged with all contents present and intact at the end of your stay. The house will be inspected on your departure and any breakages or damage must be reported and paid for before leaving.
2) Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
3) If full payment is not received by this time then the deposit and booking are lost.
4) Should you decide to cancel after full payment then the table below will be used. If any small items are broken, e.g. cups or glasses whilst you are at the property, please could you replace with similar for the next guests. |
