Price Includes:-The rental prices quoted on the availability chart are for up to 4 guests

All bed linen, towels, air-conditioning and electric are included

Airport transfers are excluded from the price these can be arranged on request, please ask for details.The Transfers Agency will meet guests with the Penthouse keys.
Transfer times are approx 30 mins. from Izmir Airport and 120 minutes from Bodrum Airport.

Other Information:-Our new “FLEXIPLAN” Price structure now makes our holiday properties available for smaller parties at a fairer rental.
The rental prices quoted on the availability chart are for up to 4 guests, for every guest afterwards the prices are May-October £35 per week per extra guest.
