Price Includes:-Villa weekly rental is inclusive of taxes, utilities and cleaning. 15% discount on 4 or more weeks booked. GB£, US$ and Euro payments are accepted by cheque/check or by direct online bank transfer. Please note that International GB£ or US$ Bank transfers incurr a charge of up to £15 or up to $25 payable by renter to villa owner. Same country online transfers are normally free of bank charges. To make a reservation completion of our booking form and its return with a holding deposit is required. Extra days over a week are calculated on the equivalent daily rate basis. Optional pool spa heating at £50/$80 per week. Baby cot & high chair etc can be hired by prior arrangement. Minimum stay charge is 4 days. If only 4 days are booked an extra charge of £35/$70 is applied. | |||||
