Price Includes:-The price is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen, towels, bathrobes and a welcome pack.It also includes a maid service for three hours, three times per week ( once per week for smaller parties)and a gardener/maintenance man. Other Information:-There is a special off season rate for smaller parties:- Low season:- 2 Guests 950.00 pounds. 4 Guests 1,250.00 pounds. Mid season:- 2 Guests 1,650.00 pounds. 4 Guests 1,950.00 pounds. Change over day is normally Saturday but we can be more flexible off season. A long term winter let will be considered at a reduced amount, please enquire for details. Due to the presence of some valuable antiques and paintings a refundable deposit of 500.00 pounds is due on arrival. | |||||
